About the Artist
Turner L. Jenkins is a person who has just started out in the Hart Gallery and is trying to find his place in the world. He’s a bright young man, and he’s full of ideas for creations. He’s looking for friends and a place to belong. College is an adventure that he is currently tackling, and hoping it gets better and better. It will be a challenge, given that Mr. J has autism, ADHD, anxiety, and a mild case of depression.A lot of Mr. J’s motivation is that he just wants to make works of art and make some friends along the way. He has artists in his bloodline including one from the impressionist period and one that was a department store advertisement artist. A lot of Mr. J’s work is inspired by many movies, books, comic books, and video games.
