He graduated from Chattanooga State with an Associates Degree in Applied Science and a diploma in Computer Operations Technology in 2010. His love of color and attention to detail has helped him to explore art, while having a calming effect on his anxiety. Jason has always strived to think “outside the box” and meet new challenges. He recently became employed with the Hemp House and hopes to one day live independently. He has exhibited his art at the Adult Autism Symposium here in Chattanooga. He recently joined the H*Art Gallery and says that it has helped him to expand his creative mind and to up his expectations of himself. He sees it as a “safe place that helps him to go beyond his comfort zone.”
