H*Art Gallery is thrilled to offer this collection by the artist, Haint. Haint currently lives in Eugene, Oregon and has become well established in the art world. He is a formerly homeless citizen of Chattanooga, who has a heart for our homeless community. He donated this collection of his early work to the gallery, with proceeds going to both the H*Art and to the Community Kitchen. Below is the artist’s statement, in his own words:

“My name is Wayne Bradley (Haint). I draw and paint crazy circles. I’m not normal by the world’s standards. I know that I don’t fit the mold. It’s by choice. I don’t except the rules of anything pertaining to the corrupt fallen nature of carnal man. I walk in the spirit. I follow the spirit. The spirit of God has led me into knowing the eternal. I will never die spiritually. My art may fade away as time moves on. But I will live forevermore. I am standing in the here and now, disconnecting from pride, greed, and selfishness. Respect is part of love; eat it up. Understand you are nothing without God’s grace. Give up, stand up, and be who you are. My art is me and my spirit. And my spirit belongs to the main artist who flows through me, and leaks out thru the ink pen, brush, or whatever medium I’m working in. I take no credit, and my general history is no different than yours. I have good days and bad days. I’ve made many bad choices in this temporal life of mine and paid dearly. I believe in karma now; you reap what you sow. Love is the most important thing, the key element of wisdom.”
